HOW TO OPERATE IN THE SUPERNATURAL LIFE (5): THE NAME OF YAHUSHUA
And these signs shall follow them that believe? In my name shall they cast out devils? they shall speak with new tongues?
Mark 16:17 (KJV)
The name of the Lord Yahushua is the rod of signs and wonders in the supernatural. Everything happens only in the name of the Lord Yahushua. If you want to operate in the supernatural, then, you must come to understand and walk in the reality of the name of the Lord. There is only one name that is given among men whereby we must be saved. If you are not saved, you are not a candidate to operate in the supernatural. You must know that salvation is your ticket to function in this kingdom and it is only in the name of the Lord Yahushua that you must be saved. Acts 4:12 says, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Salvation is your introduction and induction into the supernatural. Remember that the supernatural is the preserve of the Holy Spirit and if you have followed this devotional this month, you would have understood that your first encounter with the Holy Spirit is at new birth. So, the name of the Lord Yahushua is your access into the supernatural, without which you cannot be saved. Everything in heaven, on earth and in hell has been ordered to only obey and respond to the name of the Lord Yahushua. When you speak in the name of the Lord Yahushua, all forces in all realms are bound to obey you.
Matthew 28:18 says “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” Power to compel the obedience of forces in all realms resides in the name of the Lord Yahushua. That is why, there is no operation in the supernatural without the sanction of the name of the Lord Yahushua. That name is the commander-in-chief of the supernatural. Even nature obeys that name. In Matthew 8:27, we see this in practice, “But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!” At the name of the Lord Yahushua, natural forces are arrested. Beloved, you are supposed to be living in the name of the Lord Yahushua. That implies that you should do all things in the name of the Lord. Colossians 3:17 says so, “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.” When you begin to live this way, nothing can resist you successfully. Never!
Proverbs 18:10 says, “The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.” That is to say that your protection and preservation is in the name of the Lord Yahushua. Begin to consciously live in the name of the Lord Yahushua. As you are about to go out for the day, say, “I go in the name of the Lord Yahushua and everything aligns in my favour”. That is how it works! Shalom!
REMEMBER: The name of the Lord Yahushua is the rod with which you work signs.
CONFESSION: The name of the Lord is the commander-in-chief in all realms. I am reigning and ruling by the authority of that name. Halleluyah!
