HOW TO OPERATE IN THE SUPERNATURAL LIFE (3): BOLD DECLARATION
Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.
Acts 14:3 (KJV)
The supernatural realm is the realm of the Holy Spirit and there are spiritual forces that must be deployed in order to see the manifestation of the power of the Holy Spirit. Today, we are speaking about bold declaration. Bold declaration is speaking the Word of the Lord with confidence of faith in the integrity of the Lord to perform His Word. It takes this bold declaration to release the power of the Holy Spirit into the moment of the believer. Why is bold declaration important and vital to releasing the supernatural? Mark 11:23 says, “… he shall have whatsoever he saith.” It takes bold declaration to activate the supernatural. It is only what you say that is performed for you. Job 22:28 says, “Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.” Your mouth is the channel of releasing your desires into the realm of the supernatural. Until you say it, you cannot have it. Until you declare it, it cannot be performed for you. So, bold declaration is vital to activate the power of the Holy Spirit on your behalf. Our opening text affirms this postulation. They were speaking boldly in the Lord and as they were doing so, the Lord gave testimony to the Word and the effect was signs and wonders being done by their hands.
Bold declaration means that you believe the Word. You can never speak boldly what you do not believe. The Word says that all things are possible to him that believes (see Mark 9:23). Bold declaration is the only way to confirm that you believe the Word and faith in the Word activates the supernatural on your behalf – nothing shall be impossible to you. You begin to operate in all possibilities in all spheres of life. Beloved, do you believe the Word that those who dwell in Zion shall not say “I am sick”? (see Isaiah 33:24). Do you believe that being born again is your arrival at Zion? (see Hebrews 12:22). Then, go ahead and declare boldly “I can never be sick”. Until you can declare such things boldly, you cannot experience peace and rest in your health. This is how these things work. If you believe the Word, then you would evidence it by speaking it boldly.
There is something that can puncture your bold declaration I would like to point out to you now so you can beware of it. Proverbs 28:1 says “The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.” It takes living in righteousness to stand in boldness. Iniquity punctures your boldness both before the Lord and the gates of hell. You must fear nothing but sin. You must avoid sin like a mortal plague because it is even worse. As you stand in righteousness and speak boldly, you are sure to have it the way you say it. Shalom!
REMEMBER: It takes bold declaration to activate the supernatural.
