THANKFUL FOR NOVEMBER 2023
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
Colossians 3:17 (KJV)
We are grateful to the Lord for bringing us to the last day of this great month. It has indeed been an eventful one of torrential order of the Word on this platform. We return all the glory to the Lord Yahushua. Being the last day of the month, it is a day of thanksgiving for us at #WordForTodayDevotional. Today we recount all the Lord has done for us and we overflow with thanksgiving. We also reflect on how thanksgiving enhances our operation in the supernatural. Thanksgiving is like a signature in the supernatural. Our opening texts admonishes us that whatsoever you do in word or deed, you must punctuate it with thanksgiving to the Father in the name of the Lord Yahushua. This sounds simple but that is actually why many are cut off from the supernatural manifestation. When it come to prayer and operating in the supernatural, thanksgiving is an inevitable practice. It is an inescapable protocol of this kingdom. In the first place, access to the throne room is only by thanksgiving. Psalms 100:4 says, “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.” Without thanksgiving, you are not even admitted into the courts of the Father. How can you operate in the supernatural if you are an outsider or operating from the outside.
Another thought is, whatever you received from the Lord is only sustained by thanksgiving. Then, you cannot be thankful, if you are not joyful. You cannot be thoughtful and not be joyful. You cannot be joyful and not be grateful. You cannot be grateful and not be thankful. If you cannot think, you cannot thank. The Lord has done so much but until you can sit down and think, you cannot be full of thanks. Deuteronomy 28:47-48 says, “47 Because thou servedst not the Lord thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things; 48 Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the Lord shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.” If you don’t rejoice in the Lord for His mercies, you cannot be thankful. If you are not joyful, you provoke the Lord to destroy even the blessing He has already given you. So your blessing is only sustained in thanksgiving.
The Lord actually cursed the blessing in the lives of the priest because they failed to return with thanksgiving. Malachi 2:1-2 says, “1 And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you. 2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the Lord of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart.” Beloved, thanksgiving is your way to the blessings of the supernatural and the only way to sustain them. Shalom!
REMEMBER: Thanksgiving is your way to step into the supernatural and remain there.
THANKSGIVING: Dear Father, we are not worthy of the least of Your mercies. What shall we say for bringing us to the end of this great month, no loss, no tears, we saw goodness and mercies, abundance of blessings in front and at the back. Thank You for the salvation of my soul. Thank You for the continuous flow of Your Word on this platform. Thank You for Your preservation, provision and supplies. Thank You for opening my eyes to the reality of the supernatural this month. To You alone be all the glory in the Name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!
PROPHETIC RELEASE: As this month ends today, I decree that there shall be no carry-over of November’s blessings. I decree that within the remaining hours that you enter practically into all that the Lord has released for you this month. As the month begins to close, I decree that your intimacy with the Holy Spirit enters into new dimensions leading to the harvest of increase, abundance, advantage of the Holy Spirit, favour and glory from now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!
